Steve Brenner has been approved by the State of Mississippi Appraisal Board as a provider of Appiiasal Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education (CE). He is also a Certified Uniform Standards of Professional Practice (USPAP) instructor by the Appraisal Foundation

In providing the requisite education, no guarantees, implicit or explicit are offered concerning any student passing the national appraisal exam given by the State of Mississippi Appraisal Board. All education will meet the guidelines outlined by the Appraisal Foundation for the 150 hour Appraisal Pre-Licensing Course, the 15 hour USPAP Class and the 7 hours USPAP update course. All students are responsible for attending all class hours and studying all material provided. Students are also responsible for having their own financial calculator. All books will be provided by Brenner Appraisals.
